These Terms of Service govern all services provided by Fred Paci.

By booking any service, you agree to the terms below.

 

 

1. Services Offered

 

  • Trumpet Lessons

    • ​45-minute private lessons focused on technique, tone development, and musicianship.

 

  • Session Work

    • Trumpet recording services delivered remotely or in person.

​

  • Professional Support Sessions

    • Hourly sessions focused on the business, administrative, and technical aspects of your music career.

 

  • Composition Coaching

    • 45-minute private lessons focused on songwriting, composition, harmony, and arranging.

 

 

2. Payments & Pricing

 

Trumpet Lessons

 

  • Single 45-minute lesson

    • $55 CAD​

  • Biweekly monthly plan

    • ​$100/month

  • Weekly monthly plan

    • ​$180/month

 

Session Work $100/hour

  • Minimum booking: 1 hour

  • Includes 2 revisions

  • Additional revisions: $75/hour (1-hour minimum)

 

Professional Support Sessions

  • $100/hourInitial hour paid in advance

  • Additional hours invoiced after session

 

Composition Coaching

  • $100 CAD per 45-minute session

Payment Terms

 

Payment due at booking unless otherwise noted. Monthly plans renew automaticallyLate/non-payment may result in cancellation

 

 

3. Booking & Scheduling

 

Sessions are scheduled by email or virtual meeting.

Availability is not guaranteed.

I reserve the right to reschedule or refuse a session when needed.

 

 

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

 

Trumpet Lessons

  • 24+ hours’ notice required

  • Less than 24 hours = session considered completed

 

Composition Coaching

  • $50 non-refundable deposit for cancellations

  • Less than 24 hours = full charge

 

Professional Support Sessions

  • $50 non-refundable deposit for cancellations

  • Rescheduling offered when possible but not guaranteed

 

Session Work

  • Once recording begins, deposits/payments become non-refundable

  • Cancellation after recording has begun may still require full payment

 

 

5. Client Responsibilities

By booking, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate project details

  • Communicate professionally

  • Ensure proper equipment for virtual sessions

  • Pay all fees on time

 

 

6. Deliverables (Session Work)

High-quality audio files delivered digitally

Delivery timelines provided during booking

Files may only be used for the agreed-upon project unless otherwise approved

 

 

7. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

 

Session Work

You receive a non-exclusive license to use the delivered recordings in your project

Performance rights are retained unless otherwise negotiated

Recordings may not be resold or redistributed as standalone products

 

Lessons & Coaching

You may use the musical ideas/guidance in your personal work

Lesson materials may not be redistributed or resold

 

 

8. Limitation of Liability

Services are provided “as-is”

I am not liable for technical issues, project delays, lost data, or indirect damages

Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service

 

 

9. Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all services offered by Fred Paci.

General PrinciplesCompleted services are non-refundable

Refunds apply only where explicitly outlined below

Trumpet Lessons

  • Single Lessons

    • Refunds available with 24+ hours’ notice

    • Less than 24 hours = non-refundable

  • Monthly Plans

    • Non-refundable after billing cycle begins

    • Unused/missed lessons are not refunded

    • Clients may cancel future renewals anytime before the next cycle

 

Composition Coaching

  • $50 non-refundable deposit for cancellations

  • Less than 24 hours = full charge

  • Completed sessions are non-refundable

 

Professional Support Sessions

  • $50 non-refundable deposit for cancellations

  • Initial prepaid hour is non-refundable once the session begins

  • Additional hours are non-refundable

 

Session Work (Recording Services)

  • Deposits become non-refundable once recording begins

  • Cancellation after work begins may still require full payment

  • Delivered audio files and revision fees are non-refundable

Rescheduling Instead of RefundsRescheduling may be offered where reasonable, subject to availability.

 

 

Refund Method

Approved refunds:

  • Issued to original payment method

  • May take 5–10 business days depending on your financial institution

Include:

  • Your name

  • Service booked

  • Session date

  • Reason for request

 

 

10. Changes to Terms

 

I may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
